  7. Hi.. Actually I haven't heard that one but it seems that the technology 
  8. embodied in V.34 is hitting the limits of the telephone systems lines as 
  9. far as bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratios. In other words, there is no 
  10. more room for improvement. Next stop.... ISDN or some other fully 
  11. digital connection. I'm no expert but I think that's it in a nutshell.
